1.) Microsoft Word
This is basically like the Microsoft you would find on a computer, except it's an app. It's SUPER helpful for stories and it has most of the features on the other one, too. You can just type using your fingers, but I have a keyboard for my tablet that's much easier to use. The same goes for almost all of the other apps where you're writing.
2.) Weebly
Hmmm....this one isn't for everyone. It's only for those who have a website or blog with Weebly, because you can write posts and edit on it, which is really helpful when you're in the car or the computers are dead.
3.) OverDrive
THIS IS A LIFESAVER! It has tons of libraries hidden within it. You find yours by typing in your city or zipcode. Then all you have to do is type in your library card number and you can freely check out books from your library's online library and read them on your device. I do it with my town's public library as well as my school library.
4.) Notes
I know this one comes with any Apple device. It's also a lifesaver! If there's a writing app that needs Internet connection but you're in the middle of nowhere, guess what? You can STILL WRITE YOUR STORY! Welcome to Notes, the wi-fi free app where you can write anything for as long as you want.
5.) Docs
That's Google Docs, more specifically. I'm required to have a Google account for school, and if you have a Gmail account, that means you have one too. It's basically an entire DRIVE where you can just WRRRIIIIITTTTEEEEE!!!!!! And it's free. Why not get it?
